Tour of Creaking Tree Farm

Join us for an afternoon touring and learning about Creaking Tree Farm in Lutsen MN.

Meet farmers Ian and Rachel Andrus and connect with fellow local farmers and producers.

Creaking Tree Farm is a family farm and homestead tucked into the Maple Belt on Lake Superior’s North Shore. Over the last eleven seasons of farming they’ve grown from a small garden plot in the woods to more than a half-acre of growing space. They are a no-till, no-spray farm that follows organic principles to preserve and build the soil they grow in. 

Audience: Farmers and local food producers, people interested in beginning farming, local food system enthusiasts
